Here I am again! Class was great on Thursday, some triangle push-ups, regular push-ups, sit-ups, crunches, etc. I have to admit, that after coming from severe conditioning in Taekwondo, Karate work-outs are easy peasy lemon squeezy.
We learned a self defense where you are in a right guard, perform a shin kick to just above the knee. Then, you switch guards without moving your upper torso, and kick just above the knee with your shin using your left leg.
Kyoshi made another black belt teach me the rest of Wansu Kata.
Well, despite that, I had a girl I had not seen in a long time come to class, so it was nice to see her again!
